Phoebe has ...

Glandular Fever.

Never thought I'd be so damn happy for a result to be glandular fever but considering the other option was leukaemia, I am ecstatic.

Thank you all so much for your concern.

Love to all. Hug your kids, kiss your loved ones, put a smile on your dial.

Hope it doesn't hang around too long Jules. My sister and partner got it a few years back and it dragged on for months and months and really knocked them both about. So glad that wasn't the other thing you though. I hate that word. xx

The only thing worse than a sick child is not knowing what is wrong - I am glad it is diagnosed & I am sure she will be well soon.

My youngest had glandular fever (undiagnosed for ages even undiagnosed when she was pregnant. Couldn't carry the baby she was so ill but the dimwits of doctors couldn't diagnose...you must have good doctors over there.
