Goddess

So Blair comes home today after being away all week.

Not that this is a new thing but it's the week that I have spent trying my damnedest to be the best I can be after our "talk".

I have had my hair cut and coloured (small disaster but onwards), eyebrows waxed, lip waxed, eyelashes tinted and I have lost 1.2kg!!

So I should feel pretty great right??

But I am a bit nervous to tell the truth.

I'm a bit worried that he is going to feel bad (actually I already know he does as he keeps phoning me each night telling me how much he adores and loves and misses me). I'm a bit worried that he is going to compliment me .... and I won't believe him.

I will ride above it though, he is a good man and he will know I'm trying.

Rome wasn't built in a day and neither were any of it's sexy goddesses.

Good morning Jules,

I've told myself, "Go check out what's going on in New Zealand" but I have these bouts with procrastination. And then this morning, I had a moment of clarity, "Jules lives in New Zealand; she could keep you in the loop. Plus she's intelligent, funny, insightful, forthright and funny." Did I already say you're funny?

So I'm off now to follow the adventures of a wife, mom and sex goddess.

U

You know what? I think it's awesome that you guys can be so honest with each other in your relationship and actually talk to each other. How many people just go off and have affairs instead! Your awesome Jules. Your man is awesome too, irrespective of the insensitivity but man, if more men actually spoke to their women and if those women were open enough to listen (not necessarily take on board what they say if it's just out of line), what a difference. Go you with the loss as well! Keep being beautiful Jules x

Chris: Thank you Mrs H, great words.

Alpha: She is dead on isn't she, no beating around the bush, thanks for dropping by, I'm honoured.

Kitty: I love you too dear friend.

U: Awww, I'm blushing and stuff!! If you can't laugh you have nothing.

Random: Thanks Mary, that is exactly how I'm choosing to look at it too. If he hadn't of said anything I would have just plodded along and in four years been shocked when he up and left or confessed to an affair. I think the honesty is harsh to deal with but only but makes our relationship that much stronger.

Harness the beauty from within, and it will then radiate out, through your skin, eyes, hair and mannerisms.. I KNOW you can do it Jules. Just believe woman :)
