Look on the bright side, we won't be seeing these numbers again.

This is YOUR year Jules and like Chris says, "time to pull finger then!" ;-)

I want you to sit down and really ask yourself, why do you want to lose weight, really. Is it to be healthy for you? Your family? Your friends? Societies expectations? Just to be skinny? Be completely honest with yourself.

I was only able to lose 30kgs when I finally decided to be healthy and I really REALLY wanted to do it so it was easier to say a big f-off to all the bad food for the period that I was losing. You have to feel it in your bones.

I think i remmber you posting that you had PCOS... as a sufferer myself, remember that it can make loosing weight very very difficult, talk to your doctor about what they can do to help, and above all dont beat yourself up - that will just make you reach for the chocolate

Best of luck

Found you, God dont even know where I found you but I liked your name and the fact that you are a Libran (obvious reasons). What a year you have had - all I can say is remember - Pick the wars you want to win rather than the individual battles. From an old Jules to a young Jules - Wishing you a fantastic 2009.
