Back to Basics

After much stressing, angsting, meltdowns etc, decided to get the black mid thigh top out of the wardrobe, pair it with my white ts14+ pants and some black shoes I'm hoping to get stretched a bit and I'm done.

I'm going to go looking for accessories, a cool bangle, probably a long necklace to elongate me a bit and some earrings. Having my hair cut and styled Sat morning and just need some nice smokey eye makeup and I'm done.

Crisis over. At least I'll be comfortable.

Did I mention I lost another 1.4kg last week??

And with a kg the week before I am now at 105.4kg, until Fri morning that is.

So things are good.

I am nearly a stone light than I was on 2nd January so making those small changes and walking are doing it for me.

congrat's on the loss and you could wear a bin liner or your pajamas - you'd still be the most fun and awesome bird there!

RE the shoes.. I stretch mine out (if they are really new or tight) by pouring boiling water over the tight bits then putting them on as soon as they have cooled down a bit..it works.

Well done on the loss Jules, you rock!

I always feel more confident if I'm in a nice outfit that I feel good in too. So much better than hiding in a corner adjusting your clothes the whole time...

Sounds like crisis averted. Well done and you sound much more relaxed.

Going back to basics is good. Change things one step at a time.

Congratulations... I seem to be slowly losing weight without even trying for the first time in my life. I walk more...I used to work harder when Don was alive, and used to too often finish what he left as he ate so little...we were bought up to waste not want not...

Its such good news and you must be very happy about it.
