Men, Look Away, Unless You're Gok ....

I have no idea what to wear to Kim's wedding.

It's a church wedding in Governor's Bay:

And then on to a really cool venue, The Cave at Redcliffs:

So fashion freaks, you need to give me some advice, (wish Becks was still reading blogs because she always looks stunning when she attends events). I want to know what you think will suit my figure, (165cm tall, 107kg, 18E boobs, apple shape, lymphatic swollen ankles and feet. What will suit the wedding? I need to feel gorgeous and I'm not very good at this. I have nothing in my closet, no I really don't. So I need advice. And quick. And I want to look young and stylish sort of like Queen Latifah, so help MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

***UPDATE***
I would really love something like this but unfortunately ts14+ haven't opened a store in Christchurch yet, they have one in New Market and one in Wellington, and they are opening them in Dunedin, Hamilton and Milford Sound, what about Christchurch damn you.

Picture from ts14+, I love their layered looks.

Similar shape to what I was. What about something soft, a gorgeous skirt with a beautiful hemline, matching top, maybe chiffon, top could be v neck, maybe layered, something that flows over your curves but not clings to them. Good luck, I'm sure you will look gorgeous in whatever you wear:-)

Hell girl - its surely more about what can you afford? I'm guessing you can't go and spend a fortune so is there nothing in your wardrobe that you can update with new accessories or something? Surely there is something??? But as Ann said V neck top is great for big boobs and something a bit floaty is always dressy and girly.

Do you have City Chic in NZ? They have some good stuff and if you check out their web site they prolly ship anyways :D

Alternatively, a plain black dress with a big, fabulous wrap - something sparkly or velvety. If you know someone who can sew a bit then that's a cheaper option and could look really fab.

That looks beautiful! Would they do an online sale for you?

Love that dress, bloody shame you don't have Ts14+ there... I do!
AS for what to wear, whatever you feel comfortable in first and foremost.. if that means something less 'dressy' then so be it.
As for ya feet.. same again... something comfy! I used to wear long skirts and sneakers under them!!!! I hate 'grandma' shoes...like Kumfs....
When my feet are swollen I still wear sneakers! Stuff what anyone thinks... I am gunna be confortable!

I saw that range when in Oz - I love it.

I love that dress too! Can you contact them directly and see if they would sell and ship it to you. Surely a credit card payment is secure enough...

i am so not a fashionista, so no specific advice.

My ma told me this week she's not buying skirts any more because they are just not flattering - as i was trying on a skirt mind you!!!! I said Ma - What the Fuck????? i know the feeling that everything looks shite.. mind over matter chick. if you dance like no one is watching etc, wear what feels comfy??? Luck!
